iconik US Data Center Issues with US Datacenter

We are investigating issues with our US data center which may cause issues with asset/collection updates, share links, and assets showing offline for US clients.

  • The issue with the US data center has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues please reach out to support at support@iconik.io

  • We've adjusted resources in our data center to process through the backlog, so updates should now process as expected
