We are currently experiencing an outage in our US datacenter which can cause problems with login, and viewing assets and files.
With the new release we have rolled out all intended fixes and upgrades to permanently solve this issue.
app.iconik.io was temporarily redirected to our EU datacenter for all customers while we were trouble-shooting the issue. This restored iconik service at a reduced capacity for our US-based customers.
After restoring the functionality of our US datacenter traffic has been redirected back and iconik should be operating as normal.
We will provide a further status update with a post-mortem at a later time.
app.iconik.io is now operational at reduced capacity. We will continue to monitor the problem and investigate the causes.
