Performance issue in AWS US Sunday 22nd June 2025 11:12:53 UTC
We are investigating an issue where we see slow responses and some timeouts in our AWS US datacenter. We are currently investigating the issue.
The backlog has been processed and everything is back to operational.
The issue was identified as an issue with the message bus used for webhook deliveries running out of memory on one of the nodes. We have adjusted the settings and the webhook delivery backlog is now being processed.
