Google Cloud Services is experiencing an outage resulting in general latency in the Iconik platform for US users. Please sign in using eu.iconik.io. We will update the status page with more information as it becomes available

GCP's performance has improved in the US regions, so all traffic has been reverted back to the original servers. Users should be able to access Iconik without issues. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to support at support@iconik.io
Traffic has been re-routed to our EU servers, so users can now sign into app.iconik.io. However, any media that is hosted in a GCS bucket, including Iconik provided storages, may still be inaccessible. As a result thumbnails and proxies may not load. Once the GCP outage has been resolved, full usage of Iconik should be restored.
